Camp Policies


Registration policy

  • Camper applications must be completed online. We will not accept registrations by email or phone.
  • A $500 deposit per camper must accompany all application to confirm a camper's spot at camp. Both full payment and instalment payment must be made by May 1st.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Your peace of mind is top of mind! You may cancel your child's registration at any time until May 1st.
  • Between May 1st and June 15th, your fees are refundable less 50% of total fees paid per camper.
  • After June 15th, refunds are not provided.
