Camp Policies

Camp Policies

We were back and better than ever in the Summer of 2021 and it was a resounding success! Our brand-new program structure and health and safety policies ensured that all campers were consistently participating in immersive activities while remaining both healthy and safe throughout the entire Summer.

While we are not completely sure what the Guidelines for the safe operation of Day Camps will look like for the Summer of 2022 we are excited to take all of the successes and learnings from the Summer of 2021 and create the best possible camp program once again!

We will once again, without any question adhere to each and every guideline set out by the Ministry of Health and City Officials to ensure the health and safety of all camp participants and their families. The safety and wellbeing, along with the camp experience, is at the heart of every decision we make here.

Note: If for any reason the camp cannot operate, in summer 2022, full refunds and/or credit will be given.

  • Camper applications must be completed online. We will not accept registrations by email or phone.

  • Changes made to your application are permitted, at any time, with the following service charges:

  • As of May 1st, changes will be subject to a $100 administrative charge, and as always, be based on availability.

  • After June 15th, there will be no refunds.

Understanding that summer 2022 still presents some uncertainty, we want to highlight how refunds and cancellations due to Covid related decisions will be handled.

  • For the Summer of 2022 all eligible camp participants (campers and staff) must provide proof of vaccination prior to the start of the Camp Season. Other health and safety policies and procedure during the Summer of 2022 will include daily COVID-19 screenings, increased cleaning and disinfecting of all camp facilities.
  • If your camper misses camp due to a having come in contact with Covid-19 outside of camp, you will not be refunded for days missed.
  • Refunds will not be given for any days missed, other than what is explained above. Camper registrations are for a period of time, and not a per diem basis.
  • We will be strongly recommending that all camp participants continue wearing masks while indoors. However, they will not be mandated to do so.
