Working at BVG (for my first year) was like working with your family every day. I never felt judged for making mistakes, and I learned so much about how to run and develop a program. Even before it was over, I was coming up with ideas on how I could improve my program for next year. BVG was a place where, while the specialists ran and developed their programs on their own, you always felt like there was support with you at all times. The food was wonderful, the head staff were amazing, and pre-camp training was fun and informative.
