Shendy’s Swim School
Bayview Glen Camp is excited to officially welcome campers back to our brand-new state-of-the-art aquatics facility for the 2026 camp season.
This summer, campers will enjoy a safe, engaging, and skill-focused swim experience designed to help them build confidence in the water while having fun every day.
To help deliver the highest level of instruction possible, we are proud to partner with Shendy’s Swim School, one of the premier swim schools in the GTA.
What Campers Can Expect
- Small instructional ratios of approximately 1 instructor to 6 campers
- Daily swim instruction focused on skill development and water safety
- Certified lifeguards and a dedicated pool supervisor on deck at all times
- Camp counsellors supporting and assisting campers in the water
- A professionally structured Learn-to-Swim Program for all skill levels
Safety & Swim Progress
At Bayview Glen Camp and Shendy’s Swim School, camper safety always comes first. Our aquatics program is designed to create a supportive and encouraging environment where campers feel comfortable, confident, and excited to improve their swimming skills.
At the end of each session, campers will receive a personalized swim report card with instructor feedback and progress updates.
Important Information for Families
To help us properly place campers into the appropriate swim groups, families are asked to log into their BVG Camp Brain account and complete the Swim Information Form.
Please include your camper’s current swim level, previous swim experience, and any important information our aquatics team should know.
Your partnership helps us provide the safest and most effective swim experience possible for every camper.
